The painting certainly looks authentic, and I am also almost certain that I have seen a reproduction of it before.

Of course, it is difficult to say from pictures whether yours is actually the one Kurosawa himself painted. Didn’t you get a proof of authenticity with the purchase? Have you tried contacting Kurosawa Productions about it?

I did not buy this design in an art gallery but I got it from a private collector with an exchange with another drawing.

He had obtained the same way …

Can you show me some contact address of Kurosawa Productions?

I can not find it on the net …
