    Hi Peter!

    I don’t think a screenplay was ever officially published. But you may be able to track a manuscript to a nearby library through WorldCat.

    It looks like some versions of the screenplay are also available from Amazon, although I have no idea about their authenticity.

    The only digitalised versions I can see online are transcripts, and you probably already found those.

    The original screenplay by Kurosawa, Hideo Oguni and Ryuzo Kikushima (in Japanese) is available at the Akira Kurosawa Digital Archives, section 23.19.01.
