In the past few weeks I have worked on both some new content as well as what I think is a slightly improved user interface for this website. I think that the time has now come to start launching these improvements little by little.

The most visible change is probably the new menu system, which will allow the site to expand easier than what was the case with the previous menu. I have also rewritten parts of the Books and DVD sections, plus there are a couple of brand new sections covering Kurosawa Documentaries and movies Kurosawa was in some ways involved with (without being the director), plus some other topics.

More content will appear little by little in the coming weeks or months.

As for now, if you encounter anything strange with the website, do drop me a line.

PS. I’m afraid that I have to disappoint Ben, who wasn’t overly keen about the “content on the left” design when I introduced it with the previous update. I now think that it is here to stay. Personally, I have learnt to quite like it.
